국제적으로는, 한국 드라마 스카이 캐슬의 미국 리메이크 권리 인수, 이스라엘 드라마 덤의 유럽권 획득, CJENM 및 KBS와의 미국 대본 계약 등 국제 포맷 거래에도 활발히 참여했습니다.

또한, WB/CBC 캐나다 포맷 인큐베이터를 출범시켰으며, 2018년 'Under New Management' 시리즈를 제작했습니다. 2020년에는 'YOU GOT THIS!'라는 리얼리티 포맷이 뉴질랜드의 TVNZ에서 시리즈로 방영되었고, 독일에서도 프라임타임 시리즈로 방영되었습니다.

Adam Steinman is the CEO and founder of Mount Royal Films. In 2023, he signed a development and production deal with Walt Disney Television Alternative, where he is responsible for creating, identifying, producing, and distributing formats for new media platforms.

From 2010 to 2023, he served as Vice President at Warner Bros. International Television Production (WBITVP), playing a key role in the development, acquisition, and international rollout of programs such as Impractical Jokers, The Bachelor, Hello Goodbye, First Dates, Ellen’s Game of Games, and The Wheel. Internationally, he was actively involved in format deals including the acquisition of U.S. remake rights for the Korean drama Sky Castle, European rights for the Israeli drama Dumb, and scripted format deals with CJ ENM and KBS.

He also launched the WB/CBC Canada Format Incubator and produced the series Under New Management in 2018. In 2020, his reality format YOU GOT THIS! aired as a series on TVNZ in New Zealand and also became a primetime series in Germany.

Steinman additionally managed a multi-year co-development deal with TV Asahi and led the international sales of The Hit, the winning format from RTE’s Format Farm.
